who we are

... a little background

Our founder, Gosia Rak, started her career just as some of history’s biggest changes in the global economy and workplaces were happening.

She saw executives floundering because their comfortable, tried and true ways of leading weren’t working.

She saw leaders falter as they embraced the algorithm over the human brain and human feelings.

She saw teams forget their goals as they struggled to keep up.

She saw organisations die because they lost the plot.

Gosia believed there had to be a better way, one where people, purpose, and performance evolve together. So she created one.

purpose-driven leadership backed by neuroscience

our mission

Give leaders and organizations the tools
to adapt, evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape while maintaining their humor, souls, and humanity.

our values

keep
evolving

If you’re not evolving and adapting to the ever changing realities in business, you’re already 20 steps behind.  Now it’s 100 steps.  Now it’s 1000 steps…  You get the picture.

one size
fits one

Nurture individuality. Homogenized thinking results in cookie cutter work and cookie cutter solutions, which in our opinion is only acceptable when you’re making cookies.

humor is a
leadership skill

Humor brings energy, creativity, and connection back to us when we forget
to breathe. So, lighten up.  This isn’t brain surgery (unless you’re a brain surgeon).

what we do

We merge neuroscience, coaching frameworks, strategic insight and human interaction to create personalised plans for Leaders, Organizations and Executives to help rediscover purpose, build alignment, and create lasting impact.

how we do it

We combine the most advanced science-based methodology with a healthy dose of our experience, insight and passion.

faq

  • What does “evidence-based” mean in your work?

Every tool we use is rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral science.
This isn’t about buzzwords or trends — it’s about mechanisms that actually change how people think, decide, and lead.

  • What results can I expect?

Greater clarity, stronger presence, and confidence in leading through uncertainty. Leaders who complete the program report better decision-making, stronger alignment with their teams, and renewed energy for what they do. They also develop the ability to zoom out for strategic perspective and zoom in for focused action, connecting the dots between people, purpose, and performance.

  • How do you measure progress?

Progress is visible in how you respond to pressure, how your team follows your lead, and how clearly you make choices.
It’s not about ticking boxes,  it’s about leading with greater clarity, composure, and strategic focus.
